Bug Description
As this is a backport of a patch that is working on maverick already a regression
test should be enough.
TEST CASE:
1. install lucid
2. install unattended-upgrades from lucid-prospoed
3. run sudo unattended-upgrades -d
4. verify that the upgrades are downloaded and installed
