Bug Description
ukui-screensaver is a screen saver and locker that aims to have simple, sane and secure defaults, and be well integrated with the UKUI desktop.
It forks from mate-screensaver, and we changed the main interface.
It is a part of UKUI desktop environment: Bug #1663477.

The most visible difference I saw between mate-screensaver and ukui-screensaver is the Unlock screen. It might be possible for this to be converted into a patch that might even be accepted into MATE.
For instance, this is how Unity tweaks gnome-screensaver:

UKUI would need to added to mate-screensaver's OnlyShowIn=MATE; or drop that line entirely.
mate-session-
Kylin could ship their custom Floating UKUI screensaver in a separate package.
Are there any other important changes I missed?
Anyway, there might not be time in the zesty cycle to do all that so I'm uploading ukui-screensaver to the zesty queue now.
