system version：ubuntukylin 19.04
test case：
1. Right click on the taskbar
2, select the taskbar settings
3, set the "position of the taskbar on the screen" to the left or right
1、右键点击任务栏
2、选择任务栏设置
3、设置“任务栏在屏幕上的位置
actual result：The application at the tray is abnormal, and the sound program cannot pop up the window.
托盘处的应用显示异常，声音程序无法弹窗
