Cannot mount USB drives, I could in 12.04, but not in 12.10

Bug Description

I have som USB drives in FAT 32 Before the upgrade I had no problem in mounting them, after it always give me an error

The error is:
Adding read ACL for uid 1000 to `/media/totalylouco' failed: Operation not supported

It also hapens when I insert a CD
