Bug Description

adding this to crontab, seems to workaround

@reboot rm /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules

unfortunately links isn't smoothly passing the authorization. here's the apport again though without external link, sorry didn't see the attachment option.

and here it is after i run
rm /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules

and reboot.

so you can compare the two.
