Bug Description

Binary package hint: udev

Ubuntu 9.04, originally upgraded from 8.10:

After a dpkg-reconfigure -a, the tail end of the output shows:

No diversion `local diversion of /sbin/udevadm to /sbin/udevadm.upgrade', none removed
update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-2.6.28-11-generic
cpio: ./sbin/udevadm: Cannot stat: No such file or directory
update-initramfs: failed for /boot/initrd.img-2.6.28-11-generic

I reinstalled the udev package and reran update-initramfs.
