Bug Description
After upgrading from 10.04 to 12.04 I noticed that every 10 minutes, my second CD-ROM drive (/dev/sr1) opens its tray.
At this very instant udev shows some activity, so I believe that udev is triggering this. Interestingly enough, this doesn't happen to /dev/sr0.
Other people seem to have experienced the same thing in 11.04:

Unfortunately, that problem has been "closed as too localized". WTF?
