Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It seems that your bug report is not filed about a specific source package though, rather it is just filed against Ubuntu in general. It is important that bug reports be filed about source packages so that people interested in the package can find the bugs about it. You can find some hints about determining what package your bug might be about at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage. You might also ask for help in the #ubuntu-bugs irc channel on Freenode.

To change the source package that this bug is filed about visit https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1008325/+editstatus and add the package name in the text box next to the word Package.

I have the same problem. It also appears that despite the rule exists, I can't change real NIC name in the rule, i.e. when I change "eth1" to e.g. "wlan1", it doesn't take effect. Seems the rule is ignored. It should be noted that the two rules listed in original report are about the same device, but lower one is with proprietary driver and upper one is (AFAIU) with free one.

It looks like you have a Broadcom wireless NIC as do I. I am seeing the same problem. It's likely this is related to the Broadcom driver in some way. Wireless still works but the readout of ifconfig is extremely confusing.

I had the same issue with my HP Mini 110 3101SD with Ubuntu 12.04.2 (latest updates).

Not only was the wireless connection referred to as eth1, but also as the original poster wrote " share [...] connection not establish other computer." which i understand to refer to the inability to access the laptop from another computer (network settings like subnet mask and workgroup all checked and ok) not even using the 'ping' command.

After trying this answer ;
http://askubuntu.com/a/38700
about doing something with the Broadcom driver for the wireless card, not only does the wireless connection show up correctly as wlan0, but also i can now easily connect from another (Ubuntu) machine.

Hope it helps.
