Looking at the DpkgTerminalLog, this is the issue:
Setting up ufw (0.23.3) ...
Installing new version of config file /etc/init.d/ufw ...
readlink: invalid option -- 'q'

So ucf failed due to a problem with busybox. foomatic-filters failed in the same way. This is not a ufw bug.
