ubuntustudio-desktop does not include the publishing section mentioned on website

The ubuntu studio web site shows ubuntu studio as having a pulishing section, but the applications are not there for 12.04 or 12.10

Publishing meta added to ubuntustudio seeds. This will fix Quantal (12.10). Too late for precise though.
