It looks like you submitted this from a crash report for update-manager. Was it updating network-manager at the time, by any chance?

Here is what is causing the error:

Desempaquetando el reemplazo de ubuntustudio-menu ...
Eliminando `diversion of /etc/xdg/menus/applications.menu to /etc/xdg/menus/applications.menu.orig by ubuntustudio-menu'
dpkg-divert: renombrar obliga a sobreescribir `/etc/xdg/menus/applications.menu' con
un fichero distinto `/etc/xdg/menus/applications.menu.orig', no está permitido.
dpkg: aviso - script de `post-removal' antiguo devolvió código de error 2
dpkg - probando el script del nuevo paquete en su lugar...
dpkg: error al procesar /var/cache/apt/archives/ubuntustudio-menu_0.10_all.deb (--unpack):
no hay ningún script en la nueva versión del paquete - abandono
