Looks like amule is pulling its color from highlight_selected or something. There are many apps that use GTK in non-standard ways. This appears to be one. If someone can provide a fix that only affects amule, great. Otherwise, the theme has it's colors because of design choices and cannot account for oddities in every app.

This bug has not seen any activity for a long time. Is it still an issue in Bionic (18.04)? Is it only specific to amule?

Amule is not one of the seeded Ubuntu Studio packages, so I am reluctant to spend too much time on this old bug, and concentrate on one of the newer bugs.
