ubuntuone-installer fails with "gi._glib.GError: Failed to execute child process "ubuntuone-control-panel-qt" (No such file or directory)"

Bug Description

"ubuntuone-installer" fails to install Ubuntu One, here's the error:

gi._glib.GError: Failed to execute child process "ubuntuone-control-panel-qt" (No such file or directory)

Basically... it can't install ubuntuone-control-panel-qt for some reason, though manually installing "ubuntuone-control-panel-qt" fixes this.
