Bug Description
how to experience
1. attach bt mouse, don't attach bt keyboard, rely on osk
2. go to store in dash, go to app preview click install
3. enter email, password & 2factor auth
expected: the text field being addressed should be made visible by scrolling the app up
actual: you have to resize and move the window around b/c your text box gets occluded by the osk
