Bug Description
After installing Ubuntu 11.10 Alpha 3 everything worked OK for Ubuntu One but after a few updates it didn't start up from the Gnome System Settings and it didn't show up in the menu even though all the required packages for Ubuntu One were installed. I'm not using Unity (I'm using Pantheon), but Ubuntu One did work before with it.
