HOW TO REPRODUCE
****************
1. Get two different computers where sessions are synced using Ubuntu One.
2. In both sessions, mark the "Ubuntu One Control Panel / Configuration / Automatically sync all new folders in the cloud with this equipment" option.
3. Log out in one computer.
4. In the currently logged in computer, sync a new folder using Ubuntu One.
5. Log out in this equipment, and log in the other.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR

- New folders in the cloud to be automatically synced with the current equipment.

REAL BEHAVIOUR

- New folders in the cloud aren't automatically synced with the current equipment.

Recorded as affecting the 'One Hundred Paper Cuts' project because the bug is a paper cut:

- It Impacts the ease of use.
- It is easy to fix.
- It would be encountered by the average user.
- It affects the default installation of the latest Ubuntu or Kubuntu desktop release.

'ubuntuone-control-panel' is no longer included in any currently supported release of Ubuntu. I'm closing this as 'Invalid' in order to tidy up the outstanding list of '100 Papercuts' bug reports.
