Parent ubuntu one folder does not have emblem, everything in that folder has emblem

I am not sure how to reproduce this, but I have two synced folders in my Desktop: "Osobni" and "Skola". Osobni and everything in it has proper emblems. "Skola" does nt have an emblem even though everything in it has and emblem and no syncing is under way. I tried to stop sharing "Skola" from the web interface and add it again but it led to exactly the same state.
