Folders to be synced are forgotten on reboot

Bug Description

After adding a new computer to ubuntuone account, all the cloud folders are synced.
After a restart of the computers, ubuntuone control panel says "syncing in progress" but the cloud folders aren't checked anymore for syncing locally.
You have to manually check them again to be synced.
