Ubuntu One does not clean up all folders after deleting them

Bug Description
I recently deleted a large folder structure containing a lot of files as UbuntuOne decided to add u1conflict to a lot of the folders but when I did I found that the client on my desktop said the sync was complete but the web UI showed that several folders (no files) still existed. It is simply one folder structure several folders deep but remains on my account. This means the cloud folders are out of sync with the client side. There is no possibility of conflicts as there is only one desktop that is syncing this folder.
