Thank you for reporting this bug. For Natty Narwhal there will be a native mode to view the progress of syncdaemon but for now please see the following askubuntu.com thread about the available alternatives: http://askubuntu.com/questions/16592/

Please let me know what the progress is regarding showing the sync progress in Ubuntu One.
It is surprising that something as fundamental as showing the upload progress and and ETA has been omitted form U1 for so long when so many other - and less important - features continue to pop up.

Please let me know what the situation is.
