Ubuntu One renamed gnucash files for some reason to .conflict

While the ubuntu-one client was sync'ing or scanning the local files it started renaming files to .conflict... I was requested to post this log and bug request via the freenode/#ubuntuone

Looking at the IRC log that spawned this report. This bug report is in reference to gnucash files. I have come across some users on the forums and in IRC with this issue. I changed the bug title to better explain the issue. I am also going to post the link to the irc log where rye debugged the issue with the user.
