Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client
I have got Ubuntu One running on two different Ubuntu machines. One has been upgraded to 9.10 since Ubuntu 7.x, the other is a fresh install of 9.10.
On both of these machines, by Ubuntu One taskbar icon frequently reverts to the error state (cloud with a '!' in it). When I open the Ubuntu One folder, it shows a 'Connect' button. If I click the 'connect' button, it momentarily changes to something, then immediately reverts to a clickable 'Connect' button again. There is no visual feedback as to what is happening.
BTW I feel that there is way too little information from this application in the case where there is a problem. There needs to be a little log window or something where I can see if I am connected, authenticated, etc, and if there is a queue of files needing to be uploaded or downloaded, etc, and how long it has been since an update was attempted. I find this application very unreliable and giving no information to allow me to work out the source of the problems.
