Hi, I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One isn't working properly for you. Can you try the following and let me know if it fixes the problem for you?
1. Right-click on the Ubuntu One client and select preferences >Accessories- >Terminal) : rm ~/.config/ ubuntuone/ syncdaemon. conf
2. Check off the "Limit Bandwidth Usage" checkbox
3. Quit the Ubuntu One client
