Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client
The ubuntuOne applet reports "all files synchronized", and when I open the ubuntuOne folder all files have the green v mark that indicates synchronization was succesfull.
When I go to the web interface the files are not there.
I know there are a lot of problems with ubuntu One (one I have is that it does not sync files) but its critical not to tell users files are synct when this is not the case. I used ubuntuOne as a quick backup of some important files and I was not too happy when I found out they where not on the server at all.
I believe this should be fixed asap, users should be able to trust ubuntuOne not to lie to them.

Hi Redmar,
My apologies for the trouble you experienced. We were having some server issues during this time that I think was likely the cause. Can you try to sync files again? If you are still having problems, please do the following:
1. Open (or create if it doesn't exist): ~/.config/ ubuntuone/ syncdaemon. conf
2. Add the following 2 lines to this file and save:
[__main__]
log_level = DEBUG
3. Restart the Ubuntu One client ubuntuone/ log/syncdaemon. log and ~/.cache/ ubuntuone/ log/syncdaemon- exception. log to this bug report
4. Copy files into your ~/Ubuntu One folder
5. Attach ~/.cache/
Note that attaching syncdaemon.log will show filenames you are attempting to sync with Ubuntu One. If you do not want this to be public, please mark the bug as private and this bug report will only be available to you and the Ubuntu One team.
Thank you,
Joshua
