Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost:39965

Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client

when i want add my ubuntu computer to ubuntu one account, then i click 'Subscribe and Add This Computer', show the error message 'Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost:39965'. can u help me about this?

Do you have a proxy? this issue might be caused by the proxy not allowing connections

Ya i have proxy server, the problem might be cause by my proxy? but i can
browsing to another site without problem.
