Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client
Created account online. Launched ubuntu one from the menu. When I try to connect, nothing happens. Does not ask me for any password or login, nothing. Found something in the net about NetworkManager, maybe I get nothing, since I do not use it? I use wicd, since NetworkManager started to drop my wireless connection like crazy after upgrade to Karmic.
Sorry to moan, but after upgrade to Karmic:
1. Suspend works randomly
2. Boot time increased
3. Wireless stopped working
4. Ubuntu One does not work out of the box
Sorry again for posting irrelevant info, but frustration just keeps up building up.

I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One isn't working properly for you. Fortunately, I think there is a workaround for this problem as I believe it's related to bug 455544 which occurs when the bandwidth preferences are set too low (or to the defaults). If you delete ~/.config/ ubuntuone/ syncdaemon. conf and restart the Ubuntu One client, you should be able to connect. Thank you, Joshua
