From what I see in the logs, this is due to the network conenction being re-established after resume, which emits an event SYS_CONNECTION_MADE which ubuntuone-client fails to handle.

Are you using a wireless connection? If so, can you please try to reproduce this with a wired connection (which shoulod be almost immediately available after resume)?
