About 50% of the times I click on it, the applet crashes. Also, Ubuntuone is no longer able to connect.

It seems the fix, for me, was to install ubuntuone-client-tools, even though no package depends on it.

Dobey, this package is needed for the applet to work properly?

Since I wrote that, something has changed and now it is working
without ubuntuone-client-tools. Sorry, I can't explain it and I don't
know what made the difference.

i find the solution :
Just 1)remove the ubuntuone directory with sudo (/home/??????/.local/share/)
        2)recreate it again (/home/??????/.local/share/ubuntuone)
        3)restart ubuntuone-client
        voila

"/home/??????/.local/share/"

confirmed solution from faical117. Delete .local/share/ubuntuone and restart ubuntuone-client.
No need to "sudo" (it's a user's directory) and no need to recreate it manually (automatic when client starts). But works. Does this delete files not yet syncronized? I don't know.

Confirmed this procedure worked for me:

I tried removing the keys and authorizing again but it didn't help.

Deleting .local/share/ubuntuone fixed it for me too.

Deleting .local/share/ubuntuone fix nothing for me.
Runnign /usr/bin/ubuntuone-client-applet from a shell, this remain waiting for couchdb start.

Deleting .local/share/ubuntuone also seems to have worked for me upon restart of client.

Just a note to add that deleting .local/share/ubuntuone/ worked for me.

Can this be built into some sort of release?
