I changed my network config a few times using network-manager, and after reconnecting a few times the ubuntuone-client crash report appeared.

My apologies for the inconvenience this crash has caused you. We originally thought we fixed this problem but, as you've noticed, this issue remains. I'm marking this as a duplicate of another bug that we're using to fix these types of crashes. Note that these crashes typically occur when waking from sleep or hibernate, and when disconnected/ reconnected to the network.
