files would not upload

Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client

It seems that folders with xml files will crash the system, also i added a folder with a exe file for windows which did not crash the system but was not uploaded

lsb_release -rd gives :

Hi, It looks like the file causing problems contains invalid UTF-8 characters. We do not support invalid UTF-8 characters. We have a bug to handle this in a more friendly way in the future. Thank you, Joshua
