Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client
I am using a Core 2 Duo, 250 GB Hard Drive and 3 GB RAM on Ubuntu 9.10 Beta (64bit).
As soon as I boot my computer I get an error which says: error 17 loading driver RT2870. This causes my computer not to connect to wireless networks.
RT2870 is the wireless chipset that my USB wireless device uses. It was working perfectly under the 2.6.28-15 kernel, in fact, when choosing this kernel on the GRUB menu.lst I am able to use and connect my wireless device to my network. But this does not happen when using Ubuntu karmic (development branch), kernel 2.6.31-11-generic.
Feel free to contact me.
