Bug Description
On 13.10 the Ubuntu One Indicator does not indicate to the user whether sync is in progress or not. It simply displays as solid gray cloud (no animation or change of the icon to indicate when files are being synced). Notifications are provided every few minutes or so, but this is IMHO not a good replacement for real-time information.
Use case: User want to avoid shutting down computer while sync is in progress. Notifications are not useful to let user know whether shutting down computer at this moment is OK or not.
Workarounds:
1. Click "Current and Recent Transfers" in the indicator drop-down menu to see what files currently being synced (if any).
2. Open Ubuntu One application and if sync is in progress it will display "File Sync in progress..."
Both workarounds are a hassle.
Expected behaviour: Indicator icon should somehow indicate that sync is in progress (animation, color shift, etc.), see for example Dropbox indicator.

When Ubuntu One is not connected the indicator displays two vertical bars on the indicator icon (resembles a pause button). A similar treatment (but with a different symbol obviously) would be useful to indicate that files are being synced.
