Ubuntu one does not synchronizes the files when behind a proxy

Ubuntu one does not synchronizes my files. The problem may be due to the proxy of the company where I work.

In the past I also experienced problems with ubuntu one deleting existing files (that were only changed on my work's computer).

Do you have the ubuntuone-client-proxy package installed? It is required to use file sync behind a proxy.
