The sync indicator isn't being displayed

Bug Description

I have done a fresh install based off of 20130809 I setup U1 and it is happily syncing away however there is no sync-indicator in the top bar even after a reboot.

This is a regression on raring.

Confirmed, the recommends on the gir was dropped by ubuntuone-client in:

seems like an error and it should be added back

This bug was fixed in the package ubuntuone-client - 13.08-0ubuntu2
