files disappear from ubuntu one shared folder

I have Ubuntu One setup on my Ubuntu 13.04. It works fine on my laptop and have not noticed anything strange.
However, recently I have installed the system on three Windows 7 Laptops. I also have my smart phone setup with the Ubuntu One File Sharing. I have shared folders with people using those laptops.
While the setup went just fine and the sync goes all right, with the system working good, from time to time there are files disappearing from the shares.
It has happened a number of times that one file would go missing from one computer (one of the windows 7 ones) while the file was visible in other Windows 7 computers and on my laptop running Ubuntu 13.04. When the particular windows 7 was restarted, the file went visible again.
Other times files has disappeared across the whole system. It was not on the web, in any of the Windows computers, the mobile device and from my laptop running Ubuntu 13.04. I had backup of the file elsewhere so I could recover it, but it was missing.

It seems that the problem is either with the sharing of the folders or with the Windows client. I am filing the bug here as I am not sure how to file bugs for the windows system or the Ubuntu One system itself.

I can get any log files from the windows system or whatever else needed. I would like to help to investigate and fix this problem.
Please let me know what other data you need.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.

Hi Seth,

I would disagree with this not being a security issue. Files have
disappeared from all computers and U1 Web and if I would not have had a
backup, that I setup separate from the system, those files would have
been lost.
