Loging in on Ubuntu One

Hi,

I have been trying to logon Ubuntu One. I thought my password for Launchpad was the one I also used for Ubuntu One. But, keeps telling me there is a ERROR. So I am unable to login on Ubuntu One. Just now I Googled 'Launchpad' and clicked Answers and was told I could not login on it either. So I got up one of the emails I received from people on Lauchpad and am able to write this. Hope I can also send it. I wanted to use Ubuntu One to back up my files but cannot even log on. So any suggestions?

Each time I try to logon Ubuntu One I get this message:

"Error downloading https://one.ubuntu.com/oauth/sso-finished-so-get-token".. Email address and password works fine with Launchpad. So what is going on? Can it be fixed?

Handing this over to Support, sounds like an account related issue, hopefully someone can help get this working.

I updated my account info with Ubuntu One. I still cannot get logged on. So will not use it. Whoever programs it needs to fix whatever problem causes this. So question is solved since I will not be using it.
