Implement GtkExpander styling (Code, Screenshot)

I've implemented some nice GtkExpander styling, based on the default implementation in GTK, but looking much nicer.

I'm using 50% opaque foreground colour for normal colouring, and 100% opaque foreground colour for prelight. This gives a really nice effect.

Can we get this into Gutsy please?

Sorry it's not technically a patch, I still can't figure out debdiff. I've just enclosed the entire source file. All I have added is the draw_expander function and then added it to style_init. The code is only very slightly different to the default implementation in GTK.

Thank you for your patch, not sure that's reasonable do to UI changes now to gutsy, that might wait for next cycle

is hardy open yet? I'm still working on the GNOME 2.20.1 update for gutsy and will upgrade later so this will have to wait a bit longer

ubuntulooks has been depricated. It is no longer developed in Ubuntu or as an upstream project. It has been superseded by gtk2-engines-murrine since intrepid, and it has been removed from the archive in lucid. Due to this, I am closing this bug as "Won't Fix."
