If the user has automatic wallpaper change enabled it may not be obvious that the issue is only the wallpaper. Either way, it makes this otherwise beautiful wallpaper that is shipped with 18.04 unpleasant. See the attached picture, the issue is even more noticeable on a highres. screen.
