18.04 default wallpapers

Attached is our Bionic Beaver.

I've attached the PNG and JPG of the colour version. The PNG is 18 MB, and a pngcrush --brute failed to make it any smaller. We could resize to 4k if needed, or use the JPEG.

We discussed this on IRC, but for reference - the images are quite large and we would like to have reduced size versions. artful's png was at 4K resolution and is only 607K. Maybe this is because artful's one has 'smoother' colours, which you can see if you zoom into both.

Will's going to go back to design and ask for them to try to provide smaller images to us.
