Bug Description
The wallpapers in Ubuntu 13.04, although they are the "entrance of user experience" and "eye candy" in Ubuntu, they have bad technical quality, high amount of noise, high compression ratio probably, low resolution.
I know Ubuntu has some instructions to uploading wallpapers, like resolution etc., but they are not followed.
Landing wallpaper has 2048x1152 resolution, but high compression ratio making it ugly.
the "Fleurs de Prunus 24", official wallpaper too, has resolution 1024x683 (!!!).
I think there can be inspiration taken from Luna OS wallpapers, Gnome 3... (and of course windows and osx).
