Bug Description

I've been looking for a *very* long time why my cron weren't starting.. In the end it seems cron is not installed on the ubuntu jeos VMs created with ubuntu-vm-builder (from hardy, and later versions).
sudo apt-get install cron fixes the problem :)

cron is part of the standard seed, not of minimal, which is the reason why cron is not installed by default with uvb.
Not sure if this should be changed in the seed or cron be added mandatorily to uvb.

...or neither? At any rate, this is not SRU material. It's not clearly a bug (some might expect cron to not be installed, some might expect it to be installed; it's not clear cut), so it's not something we can reasonably change.

However, I'm perfecty open to adding a "--only-minimal" to the Ubuntu plugin in the new vmbuilder to only install minimal and then install standard by default. Or the other way around with a "--standard" option.
