Bug Description

It would be very handy if one could change the ActionBar's delegate foregroundColor via StyleHints:

ActionBar {
    actions: [...]
    StyleHints { foregroundColor: UbuntuColors.aubergine }
}

For me this would be especially useful when using the ActionBar as PageHeader.extension.

It is already possible to change the color by defining your own delegate. See, for example, http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-sdk-team/ubuntu-ui-toolkit/trunk/view/head:/tests/unit_x11/tst_components/tst_actionbar.qml#L159

I agree that it can be more convenient to make the default delegate use a foregroundColor of the ActionBar. Are there any other advantages to that over setting a custom delegate?
