Bug Description
I hesitate to say "hard to read" since it's legible. But the text is not as clear as other browsers. I've attached screenshot comparisons for chrome and webbrowser-app.
Not only does the text color seem whiter that I'd like, but it is also very thin (maybe we're using the Light font variant?).

I’m guessing this is on desktop xenial, right?
On my wily setup, the text on tabs looks much more readable, even though not as high contrast as chrome. See attached screenshot.
