Steps:
> apt install devscripts equivs
> bzr branch lp:ubuntu-ui-toolkit
> mk-build-deps -s sudo -i ubuntu-ui-toolkit
> mkdir -p uitk-build
> cd uitk-build
> qmake ../ubuntu-ui-toolkit
> make

Expected:
* builds fine
