Bug Description
i18n.ctr() functions were added two months ago, but they are not in sync with our proposed API at https:/
We decided to overload tr() and dtr() instead of adding ctr() and dctr() to have shorter function names. I propose to add the context-variations of tr() and dtr() and to mark ctr() and dctr() as deprecated.
