Bug Description

The branch https://code.launchpad.net/~zsombi/ubuntu-ui-toolkit/inverseMouseArea-update fixes bug #1330757, but comes without a regression test making it possible to reintroduce the bug in future versions.

As we are trying to isolate the toolkit testing as much as possible and not depend on other apps to test its behavior, we need a regression test for this fix.
