Bug Description
The Popover's position mechanism does not consider Item's rotation. Check out the attached code example.
-> run "qmlscene popovertest.qml"
-> long-press the button => The Popover shows up as expected
-> close the Popover by clicking somewhere outside
-> click the button => The button rotates
-> long-press the button again => The Popover shows up hiding the button
