Test fails depending on active theme

Bug Description

It seems that a test fails depending on the user's theme.

FAIL! : tst_UCTheme::testNameDefault() Compared values are not the same
 Actual (theme.name()): Ubuntu.Components.Themes.SuruDark

My theme config file:

~/.config/ubuntu-ui-toolkit/theme.ini
[General]
theme=Ubuntu.Components.Themes.SuruDark

To prevent misconceptions: Yes, the test wants to verify default values. But no, looking at real configuration values is not correct, otherwise anyone testing unstable software would have to run vanilla systems.
