Bug Description
We would like to replace the current ringtone and notification sounds on 13.10 mobile.
Please refer to this spreadsheet for the .ogg assets and names (that are shown in the listview UI):
For FFE:
We'd like to get this in for 13.10 because the current ringtones and notification sounds are not fit for purpose

Any change done to the ubuntu-sounds at this point would require a full respin of all the 13.10 candidate images, so I'm afraid it's too late for this.
