lightdm.override: Please start lightdm after urandom (init script) has executed
The next version of Mir needs this to ensure /dev/urandom has been initialized before lightdm spawns unity-system-

Although I'm not sure the phone is actually running urandom on normal start-up. In that case, lightdm might have to explicitly call:
/etc/
